Hi everyone! Oh my goodness, it’s been forever since my last post. If you follow me on my other social media platforms you’ve probably seen I’m super busy with school and traveling. I can’t believe my semester is almost over, let alone the year!
Today I want to share with you a recipe that I shared a few weeks ago on my Youtube channel. I made this the first time with tahini, which was a total success too, but this time I decided to go for a nut butter and I knew almond butter was going to be amazing, and let me tell you something, I was not wrong about that!
This bread is incredibly easy to make, super fluffy and lighter than the tahini bread but definitely because it is high in fat it will leave you feeling satisfied for hours.
4 Ingredient Almond Butter Bread
1 cup smooth unsweetened/unsalted almond butter
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp baking soda
3 organic eggs
Preheat oven at 185ºC.
Blend vinegar, baking soda and eggs. Add almond butter until smooth. Prepare a mold with parchment paper and/or oil and spread mixture. Bake for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Let it sit and cut in slices. You can serve these with cashew cheese, homemade jams, fruit, avocado or any other topping you love!
This bread goes perfect with both sweet and savory toppings!
