For all my Canadian friends I hope you all had a beautiful Thanksgiving! We just celebrated it a few days ago here in Canada and I’m still savoring many of the amazing meals I had! What a beautiful day to remember to be grateful and enjoy the company of our family and friends, but most of all, thank God for all the many blessings in our life.
Today I’m so excited to share another recipe with you that my dear friend Heather from Sweetly Raw and I did a few days ago for a Fall/Halloween/Thanksgiving treat (well that was the excuse but you can make it anytime!).
These CHOCOLATE COVERED CARAMEL APPLES are pure Heaven on Earth. There’s no other way I can describe it. It’s so easy and fun to make and such a great recipe to do with kids.
It’s such a healthy idea but at the same time so delicious that vegan or not, there’s no way someone will resist to these.
You will only need a couple of ingredients and the toppings are very versatile, so plenty of options for you in case of a peanut or nut allergy! Plus, there’s really no measuring needed except for the caramel sauce.
For the recipe you can watch the step by step which is in both English and Spanish.

I’m sure after you watch it you’ll want to run to the kitchen and make it, specially because the ingredients are often at home or easy to find at any grocery store.
