Happy humpday! So excited today to share this new video on my youtube channel and recipe on the blog! This homemade granola is SO GOOD! Besides being really easy to make, it’s crazy how naturally sweet it is from the dates, so if you’re looking for a sugar-free granola recipe this is for you!
You only need a couple of ingredients for this crispy, aromatic and delicious granola, perfect to use as cereal, topping for your favorite smoothie bowls or chia pudding!

Gastrawnomica’s Homemade GRAIN/GLUTEN/SUGAR FREE Vegan-Paleo Granola!
Yields 2 cups granola
1 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
