RAW VEGAN Vanilla Bean-White Chocolate Bars
Makes 1 bar or 4 small chocolates
**50 grs melted cacao butter
30 grs (2 big Tbsp) vanilla bean Livwell protein
10 drops liquid stevia or 1-2 Tbsp liquid sweetener of choice (maple, coconut or agave nectar)
1 tsp vanilla extract
**If you can’t find cacao butter you can substitute for melted coconut butter, although it will make it taste more like coconut than chocolate it will be delicious too.
Mix all your ingredients until smooth. You don’t need a blender, just mix everything very well by hand. Once ready transfer to your favorite molds and freeze for 30 minutes until they are hard. Flip and your chocolates are ready to be eaten!
