Besides being delicious, it is packed with the fat-burning benefits of grapefruit juice and the laxative and anti-inflammatory properties of cactus/nopal juice as well as pineapple!! It has iron from spinach, lots of antioxidants from cactus, grapefruit and cleansing benefits from fresh, ripe papaya.
Gastrawnomica’s Fat-Burning and Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie
1 cup fresh grapefruit juice / 1 taza de jugo de toronja fresco
2 large cactus, juiced / jugo de 2 nopales
1 cup organic spinach / 1 taza de espinaca
1 cup ripe papaya chunks / 1 taza de papaya en trozos
1 cup ripe pineapple / 1 taza de piña
Blend until smooth and drink first thing in the morning, after drinking a small glass with warm water with lemon to boost your metabolism and clean your system even more.
