This week I’ve been enjoying lots of different smoothies every morning, and one of my favorites was this “Piña Colada” Smoothie I had a few days ago. It is refreshing, super easy and really tastes like piña colada!! (Alcohol free).
You’ll only need:
Gastrawnomica’s Piña Colada Smoothie
2 cups frozen banana slices / 2 tazas de plátanos congelados en rodajas
2 cups fresh and cold ripe pineapple / 2 tazas de piña madura fría
Coconut water, enough to make it smooth / Agua de coco, suficiente para hacerlo cremoso
1 tsp coconut butter or coconut meat (optional) / 1 cdita de mantequilla de coco o coco fresco (opcional)
Blend all the ingredients until smooth, using enough water until desired consistency. If using the coconut butter/meat the smoothie will taste even more like piña colada.
