Today I made a delicious smoothie I can’t wait to share here. It is super refreshing, sweet and packed with fruits. If you’re having trouble adding more fruits or vegetables to your daily meals, smoothies are a great way to do it.
Simple blended nutrition. This particular smoothie reminded me of a vanilla-orange popsicle I used to eat when I was a kid, I totally loved it.
Gastrawnomica’s Orange Popsicle Smoothie
2 1/2 cups frozen banana slices/ 2 1/2 tazas de plátano congelado
Juice of 2 sweet oranges / Jugo de 2 naranjas dulces
1/2 tsp maca powder / 1/2 cdita de maca en polvo
Cold water, as needed / Agua fría, la necesaria
Blend all the ingredients and keep adding water until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
