Today I have a super simple recipe for a green smoothie I made this week and was super delicious, easy and packed with vitamins and minerals.
I only used fruits and greens, but you can always add chia seeds, flax seeds, spirulina, turmeric or any other thing you love to give it a boost and make it even better!
Fruity Green Smoothie
1/2 cup ripe papaya / 1/2 taza de papaya madura
1/2 cup ripe pineapple / 1/2 taza de piña madura
1 large extra large ripe banana / 1 plátano maduro grande (con puntitos negros)
2 cups fresh spinach / 2 tazas de espinaca fresca
Small piece of ginger / Pedazo pequeño de jengibre
Cold water, as needed / Agua fría necesaria
Blend all the ingredients and enough water until smooth. Serve and drink right away!
