Today I have my last recipe of the week!
This is not quite new, I did this a couple of weeks ago, or a month ago, when I posted the recipe for my Coconut-Peanut Fudge. Remember? Well basically, what I did was, that before freezing my creamy and
exquisitely rich mixture, I topped some apples with it.
It was heaven.
Basically, this is not even a recipe, simply follow the link for my Coconut-Peanut Fudge, and pour over your favorite fruit! Can be bananas, apples, pears… endless variations! You can even add the mixture to cooked quinoa or oats and make a delicious morning porridge with berries on top! YUM.
Apple & Peanut Fudge Tower
1 recipe of my Coconut-Peanut Fudge (can substitute the peanut butter with almond butter)
Apples or other fruit (read above picture)
Slice the apples and serve in a plate. Take the fudge mixture and pour over between slices; you can add some mulberries in between too. Repeat and serve! It’s a delicious, simple and very decadent dessert you can have anytime, any day, any season! Yummm
