A super quick and simple smoothie I had to share!
I did it this morning and it takes less than 4 min to prepare! As much as I love my yummy “banana bread” pancakes, there’s nothing better than fresh fruit!
Blueberry-Pumpkin Pie Spice Smoothie
3 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
3 medjool dates
1 tsp grated coconut meat (unsweetened)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Extra blueberries and blackberries
Blend everything excpet coconut and the extra berries in a high speed blender. Serve in your favorite glass, top with coconut meat and berries.
Super portable, delicious and easy!
