I feel like it’s been ages since I wrote my last post. Sorry about that, but since school started everything has been a roller-coaster! I’m having such an amazing time! Since I moved closer from school I’m able to do tons of things in one day which is awesome, specially because I live 5 minutes away from downtown which I just totally love!
If you ever tried my Creamy Zucchini Spaghetti then you’ll be familiarized with this recipe! It’s amazing how with just some little changes you can have a completely different meal using pretty much the same ingredients! Delicious!
Gastrawnomica’s Creamy Dreamy Pasta with Rainbow Veggies
1 Creamy Zucchini Spaghetti Recipe
2 cups jicama, cubed
1 1/2 cups raw broccoli flowerets (if you don’t like it raw, steam it)
1 1/2 cups carrots, peeled/grated
**Cut the small carrot left after peeling in chunks
After you’ve done your Creamy Zucchini Spaghetti add the rest of the ingredients and top with extra herbs of your choice! I added some basil and cilantro for extra flavor! Delish!
This is on my top 5 recipes from Gastrawnomica! Seriously, the sauce, the flavors… it all comes together so perfectly!! I hope you guys try it because I’m sure you’re going to find it as good as it looks!
