Hey guys! I’m so glad to hear awesome things about my Red Velvet Cupcakes. Hope you all had a great 4th of July! I’ve been having lots of fun here too. The weather is amazing (super hot!) and life is just too good.

During the week I made some pink-banana ice cream! Remember the icing I used for my carrot cupcakes? Well I ate some and served it over dragon-fruit peel! It was divine!
Yesterday I had an early morning event, and I got some awesome food! There’s no such thing as breakfast without fresh fruit! I got a few of this. It was like a tropical fruit cocktail, super good! Plus fresh and super cold orange juice! Yumm!
Tropical Fruit Cocktail
Papaya, finely chopped
Kiwis, peeled and chopped
Green Apples, finely chopped
Melon, finely chopped
Watermelon, finely chopped
Mix fruit with watermelon juice. Let it sit and serve. Top with mint leaves and sliced green apple.
