As we all know Valentine’s Day is coming soon! So I’ll be making some special things for Valentine’s Day, that you can enjoy with your valentine and loved ones. Starting with my Strawberry-Mandarin Salad for lunch or as a side dish that I posted last week. And today.. the perfect way to start your Valentine’s Day: a smoothie.
Pink Valentine Smoothie
Serves 2 or 1 hungry person
1 cup fresh strawberries (frozen is fine)
2 extra large bananas
3 medjool dates, pitted and soaked 5-10 min
Water as needed (you can use any nut milk you prefer)
Make sure the water covers the fruit completely. Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Add a few chunks of dates in the bottom of each glass, serve the smoothie and enjoy!
