It’s me again and tonight I have a new recipe to share! I’ve seen that every time you look for raw pasta recipes the only ones you can find are marinara sauce, mango-tomato or a combination of tomatoes, herbs and fruit. So I decided to create something new but most of all easy and delicious! Just like I expected it was heaven in my mouth!!
Sometimes eating raw can become very monotone and almost a routine, and there’s nothing wrong with that, I mean sometimes I eat the same thing for weeks and I don’t get tire at all! I do it because I enjoy it of course; but you know what I mean.
It is hard to be eating out every time you feel like when you eat this way when I get my creative kick with food, most of the time I get great results! And that’s why I was so excited to share it here so that you can enjoy it too.
In the last couple of days I’ve made between 3-5 videos that I’ll be uploading slowly so that the videos don’t come out that often and you get a chance to try each recipe with no rush! So keep an eye on the blog for the next couple of weeks.
This recipe, I have to tell you.. is a winner!! And not just because I say so, but I actually shared it with my entire non-vegan, non-nothing family haha and they loved it! It was awesome to see how well they responded to it.
This is basically one of my favorite ways to eat raw pasta. The dressing is so easy and it goes well also with any kind of salad.

Gastrawnomica’s Apple-Fig Spaghetti
2 medium zucchini, spiralized
1/2 cup dried figs, soaked in water 5-10 min
2 tablespoons raisins, soaked in water 5-10 min
Juice of one orange
1 medium apple, grated
Fresh raw peas (optional)
