So today has been a very busy day, I was supposed to go back to Montreal but definitively my time here is not over! We had a class from 8-10 am around 15 people came and they all had tons of questions, we have another one from 6-8pm, plus the restaurant, banana whips.. EXCITEMENT !! This was my breakfast by the way, have I said before how much I love banana whips? Gosh I need a champion juicer !!
One thing I’ve noticed is that people come with so many questions about what to eat, how to eat it, at what time… Everything looks so complicated for them, but I always try to give them my best tips and complication is definitively not involved. So, today I’m sharing a video with 3 fast and easy recipes. They are great for kids and fast snacks when you don’t have time for complicated meals or you’re so hungry you can not wait more than 5 minutes to eat. Remember simplicity and a few flavors never fail. The recipes are high carb as always, salt free and low fat, but don’t hesitate in giving them your own touch and add or mix and match with different fruits and ingredients.
